Picket Navigator
Picket Navigator is an innovative Android app designed specifically for pipeline engineers and service personnel. The app streamlines the inspection process for existing pipelines and projects across both field and office environments.
Through a collaborative effort with developers and the client’s database engineer, we tackled complex visualization challenges, including landscape changes and varying pipeline feature densities. I crafted interactive prototypes, subjects of rigorous testing with the end-user, to refine the app’s functionality.
Following these iterations, we successfully prepared the app for a field test, gathering vital feedback for further enhancements. In the final stages of development, we achieved a seamless integration with external equipment, significantly boosting precision in field operations.
